Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or special events, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your order.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
S&B Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
If local pickup is available, customers will be contacted with pickup instructions once the order is ready.
